Like the mural, Galiano Island is a mystery unveiled. It is the closest island and the most convenient to visit from Vancouver, yet the most undeveloped. Much of Galiano is "wild and quiet". In June of 2010, the mural will arrive at its permanent home on Galiano Island, where it will form part of the perfect "artful getaway".

The Galiano Kunamokst Mural will be installed temporarily, in the main entrance of the Galiano Oceanfront Inn and Spa, and covering the massive stone fireplace, until a permanent home is "unveiled'.
